A big thank you to the Union City Fire Department for coming to teach the senior class CPR as part of their required credits for graduation! Just one more step in being prepared for life after high school!

🛫Our 2024 Speedfest Teams have started building their RC planes and designing their team themes! We are going to keep the themes under wrap until closer to the competition date in April, but there's some very creative ideas flowing!🛬

Our 8th graders went to CVTech for "Reality Check". Students had to budget for real-life scenarios as they journeyed through each station.
Don't Forget! Tonight we recognize our senior athletes. Senior Night begins at 6:00 pm at the new gym. Afterwards, make sure you stay and watch our high school boys and girls basketball teams take on the Cement Bulldogs in their last regular season home games beginning at 6:45 with the girls.

There will be 2 JH boy games this evening. There will NOT be a girls game due girls not having enough to play. Concession stand will still be open for candy and drinks only.
Our school was selected for the RAISE (Retaining and Inspiring STEM Educators) grant through the Southern Regional Education Board funded by the U.S. Department of Education. The grant is designed to support and build the capacity of novice teachers and reduce the turnover rate.
Our RAISE team attended the Winter Institute today to focus on powerful instructional practices and what that looks like in the classroom.
Our JH teams will be taking the floor again tomorrow against Riverside!

Our Tigers brought home the hardware this weekend at the Paden Invitational Tournament! Lady Tigers took 2nd place in an overtime game against Depew. The boys played Carney to take the Championship. All- tournament players named were Bree Goad, Morgan Brothers, Jd Riley, and Colson Combs. Laven Zeier was tournament MVP!
