
The intermediate STAR WARS Camp made droid costumes for the Sphero robots and programmed them to move through the solar system. They also made models of robotic limbs and painted with the Sphero robots!











Students in the elementary Building Blocks Camps were challenged to build the tallest towers. They rotated every 30 minutes. Lots of communication and problem solving going on when the blocks fell down.











All lunch account balances are due by June 27th.


Elementary campers made Van Gogh inspired blossom trees!











Our Intermediate campers finished their SLS Rockets! In the STEM Lab, they were busy designing tshirts using CANVA and laser engraving LED lights they designed on Glowforge.











Today, "Picture Perfect Science" camp read "If You Give a Pig a Pancake " and "Pancakes, Pancakes." They talked about solids, liquids, and gases while making pancakes!











Update to Boys Summer Pride
Wednesday schedule boys:
Summer pride - 7am to 9am
Jr high basketball bus leaves at 11:30am for Binger from the bus barn.
They play at 12:30 and 1:20 at Binger
Thursday- boys summer pride will be cancelled. It will resume the following Monday.

The elementary ART camp made Alma Thomas inspired prints!








Intermediate campers in "3-2-1 Blast-Off" are building their own SLS (Space Launch System) Rocket while learning about the current ARTEMIS Mission! They also worked on their geometry skills learning the game of Croquet!











In our intermediate summer academic camps, students are designing their own personal Bitmoji stickers! They are also customizing LED lights using the Glowforge.






In the "Picture Perfect Science" camp, they read the book, "Sheep in a Jeep". Then built ramps to see the way cars can move.

Final day of Olympics Camp!
We held the first ever Tiger Curling Tournament(modified for temperature ☺️). Congrats to the Pink Team!



Final Day of Week 1 Basketball Camp!Ricky received the Leadership Award, Most Improved/Grit Award went to Elizabeth, and Elliana got the Tiger Award for working hard when no one was watching. They all received a gift card to Riverview Farm Baking Company!






Dr. Slothower, Mrs. Griggs, and Mr. Jarroush judged meals prepared by the teams in the Cooking Camp. The teams cooked Fettuccine Alfredo, Bow-tie Pasta Alfredo, Chicken Alfredo, Chicken Fried Rice, and an array of desserts and side dishes. Our judges had a difficult task and declared a tie. Our judges appreciated the students' hard work and delicious dishes!











Elementary PALEONTOLOGY Camp has been having fun this week! Monday, they buried their fossils and will be excavating them tomorrow. They have talked about the importance of using the same thing to measure fossils.
